86CUP is the premier independent 86/FR-S/BRZ time attack series in the North East
86CUP is a one chassis time attack series, typically run in a HPDE environment. Both Southern California and Northern California championships are non-profit, community driven efforts. North East 86CUP is new in 2017 and is hosted by EMRA.
Utilizing a rule set that is specific to the platforms, the 86CUP aims to provide a friendly, safe environment in which Toyota 86/Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ enthusiasts can hone and showcase their driving skills.
86CUP welcomes enthusiasts of all skill levels. Come hang out with us and get to meet professional driving instructors, Honda Challenge champions, Nissan Gran Turismo Academy finalists, industry professionals, etc.
How to participate
Come out to any of our events and turn in a 86CUP competition form at the track (forms will be available). Please check for the organization hosting the track day for specific requirements to drive your car on track. Don’t worry too much about ‘go fast’ mods, brake pads and brake fluid are pretty much all the 86, FR-S and BRZ need to be enjoyed lap after lap!
